During a ski trip back in January 2019, I fell hard and landed directly on my coccyx. I felt the impact of that fall travel all the way up my spine to the base of my skull. Since then, I would experience pain after sitting for more than 5 minutes which becomes intolerable after 20 minutes. As a result, I had to convert my desk at work to a standing desk and stand in the back of the classroom during lectures in law school. I also experienced pelvic floor dysfunction including regular constipation and incontinence when I sneezed or coughed.
Unfortunately, I waited well over a year before seeking treatment. Finally, I contacted Dr. Anne Kim for help. Preliminary x-rays revealed that I had fractured my coccyx and that it also shifted to the right. A manual examination revealed that it had very little give and was quite fixed in its place. Based on these findings, Dr. Anne Kim laid out a comprehensive treatment plan. The manual manipulation seemed quite daunting at first, but Dr. Anne Kim was very professional, considerate, thorough, and exhibited a sincere desire to resolve my condition. She applied several manual techniques to the surrounding ligaments and muscles, and shockwave therapy to expedite the healing. Dr. Anne Kim kept detailed notes of my progress that encompassed several factors including the internal mobility, pain management, return of normal activities, and pelvic floor responses.
My expectations going into this was to reduce the pain. By the end of the treatment, I was able to resume my life as it was prior to my accident. I can sit for several hours for work and when I study. I don't have to stand in class anymore, and my bowel movements have returned to normal. Best of all, I no longer leak urine when I sneeze or cough. Since my last treatment, I have not had a need to return for a follow-up treatment.

I have had a frozen shoulder over six months, and it was starting to go through its thawing stage but recover still seem dreadfully slow. When I spoke with them, they suggested using shockwave treatment. At that point, I was willing to try anything because it would be really like to reach that cup on that cabinet shelf. I have been going about once per week for a little over a month and it has made tremendous difference. My session has been with Dr. Anne Kim. She is great. She is very knowledge and professional yet personable. She explains the what, how, and why to give you a proper understanding of the objective and motivation. With only a few sessions I started noticing a difference in my range of motion. At this point, I feel comfortable enough to take my family kayaking. I didn't even think that was possible when I started my visits here and I'm certain without her help, my range of motion would still be severely limited.
The whole staff at Chiropractic Solution seems to be like her, professional yet personable. After about a month, you start knowing little things about the whole staff; it is kind of nice. The place has taken plenty of precautions for Covid-19, so you can feel safe.

Chiropractic Solutions is awesome! The staff and the doctors go the extra mile to ensure the best results possible.
Recently, I have been receiving shockwave treatment by Dr Anne and have never felt better. Due to a fall injury in 2015 I developed excruciating pain in my tailbone lower back and I thought I would never recover. The first shockwave treatment worked a miracle. I was able to bend, sit and walk, typical daily activities without any pain or stiffness whatsoever. Since, I've gone back thrice for a follow-up shockwave treatment, I'm ready to get back into my daily work out routine and all the day to day activities.
Thanks Dr Anne and it goes without saying, Dr Budd you're the best. The Hoffman's have been our family chiropractor for over 15 years and are always attentive to our needs.
Overall great job and looking forward to the next 30 years.
